I stayed for 3 nights and had a terrible experience. My money was stolen by room service, and when I spoke to the manager, I was told there would be no compensation. This caused such disappointment, especially since I had planned to extend my stay but lost all trust in the hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous, with friendly staff and a lovely pool area that was quiet during my visit. However, the service was inconsistent, with limited dining options and no toiletries like slippers or robes in the room, which felt lacking for a four-star establishment.

We had a great time enjoying cocktails by the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Hippodrome of St Cloud. Our family room was spacious and clean, perfect for our large group, including my nephew. The staff's helpfulness also made our stay enjoyable.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be better for families with kids.

Our family enjoyed a spacious room for five nights, which provided us a comfortable spot to relax. The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff stood out, but we found the dining options lacking, with limited vegetarian meals and no French cuisine at breakfast. Tip, explore local restaurants nearby for more variety.

The location provided a lovely view of a country club, creating a serene atmosphere for our stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive, with one member named Maxim going above and beyond to assist us with various arrangements. Breakfast was a highlight, with excellent choices, especially the thin crispy fries. However, our experience was marred by a lack of proper air conditioning in one room, inconsistent housekeeping service, and a sewer smell in another room that was not quickly addressed.

I had a lovely time with my family, enjoying the spacious room and relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool in the beautiful garden area. The kids especially loved the seasonal outdoor pool. The only downside was managing our bikes in a windy carpark, but it didn't ruin our experience. Definitely try the breakfast. it has some great options! 😊

The ambiance was serene, and Omy from guest relations truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, ensuring we felt at home.

However, the in-room dining options left much to be desired, with poor vegetarian choices and a limited menu that didn’t live up to the hotel's reputation.
